Nia's Home Studio Collection ships to physical addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout, once your shipping address has been provided. Orders with multiple products may ship from separate warehouses and may arrive in separate shipments. Some items are stocked and shipped by 3rd parties. You can track your shipment at any time by following the tracking link in your order fulfillment email, or by logging into your account.
Over-size items may require special shipping. Please see our White Glove Delivery policy below.
Some items we sell are too large or too heavy to ship using a small parcel carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS or FedEx). In these cases, we will ship via Motor Freight and/or White Glove Service for an additional cost. Motor Freight is different than USPS, UPS or FedEx in that the shipping carrier will schedule a delivery time with you. A signature is required for all Motor Freight and/or White Glove deliveries. Someone must be available during business hours (M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM) to sign for the delivery.
Once you have placed an order for an over-sized item we will contact you within 72 hours with a freight/white glove delivery quote to your address.
If your purchase arrives damaged you must contact us within 48 hours, to arrange replacement or return.
With certain exceptions, you will be able to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days. Exceptions include special order items, customized orders and items in certain categories and from certain manufacturers and will be noted on these items ‘product detail pages’. Please contact us if you have any questions about an item’s eligibility for return.
To make a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 253-447-4712. All returns must be received by us within 30 days. We recommend using a shipping method that has tracking and that you provide us with the tracking number by replying to the email with your return instructions.
If you wish to return eligible items, items must be in like new condition with the original packaging, including all parts, documentation and your receipt or packing slip. You may not return products without all original packaging, accessories, documentation and all other items originally included with the product. You may not return any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging (if applicable). You may not return any product that is not like new or does not qualify for return.
